Thought I'd share this since I'm cooking up some thinly-sliced beef tonight when I get home from work, which has been marinating overnight.
---Korean BBQ Marinade---
1/2 cup of Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon of Honey
2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
1/3 cup of Red Wine Vinegar
1 Green Onion (chopped)
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
1 tablespoon of Flour
1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 teaspoon of Paprika
1 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon of Cumin
1/2 teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper
Mix in bowl together, add meat(s) and soak for an hour to overnight.
